Whose website is this, and how do I write to you?
This is Sora Han Golf. My site, my books and my membership carry that name, and no other.
My address for every question is business@soragolf.com.
Reading the site
When I only read the pages, what is recorded?
Very little. You do not make an account. There is no form to sign up.
No advertising cookies. No tracking pixels. No Google or Facebook trackers. No analytics scripts.
The site lives on Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect them, Cloudflare processes your IP address.
Video links and QR codes
What do you learn when I follow a link from your video?
Five things: the time, the video or link you came from, the page it opened, your country, and a scrambled code from your IP address.
I never store the IP address. The code cannot be turned back into it. This shows me which videos really help.
A small cookie stays 30 days. Its only job: show you the same version of the book page if you return. It is the one cookie this site sets. Hotmart's checkout uses its own cookies, under its own policy.
As a member
When I join, what reaches you?
From Hotmart: your name, email, country, time zone, membership status and dates, and the video or link that brought you. With these, I send your letters.
The letters report back two things: whether they arrived, and which links you clicked.
A book purchase
Do you see my card when I pay?
No. Hotmart runs the checkout and collects your name, email, billing and payment details. Your card number never comes to me.
Hotmart sends me your email, the book, the price, your country and the video or link you came from. For book orders, I store your email only in scrambled form.
An unfinished checkout
I left the checkout before paying. What happens now?
Hotmart may pass me your name and email. This also happens if a payment fails.
I may send two short emails at most, to remind you. One click ends them. Once you have bought, they never come.
Your messages to me
What do you keep when I write to you?
Your message and your email, so I can answer.
After 90 days, the full raw copy of the email is deleted. The text stays, so our conversation can continue.
AI as a drafting tool
Does an AI read what I send?
An AI writing assistant may help me draft a reply, so you get it sooner. That is its only use of your message.
Why I keep it
What is all this information used for?
Delivering books and letters. Answering you. Processing refunds. Learning which videos help.
And telling you about other Sora Han Golf books. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link.
Three helpers
Who else touches my details?
Hotmart: payments, book delivery, membership billing. Resend: email sending. Cloudflare: hosts the site, stores my data, receives email sent to me.
Each of the three has its own privacy policy.
Never sold
Will my name end up on someone's mailing list?
No. I do not sell your personal information. I do not rent it. I do not share it for advertising.
How long
How long do my details stay with you?
Member details: while you are a member, until you ask me to delete them.
Unsubscribed addresses: only a scrambled “do not email” note, so no email ever reaches you again.
Order records: kept for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
How do I stop the emails, or remove my data?
Each email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Or reply with one word: “unsubscribe”.
Anywhere in the US, California included, you may ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to business@soragolf.com. You will have my answer within 30 days.
Hotmart's own purchase records stay with Hotmart, as the law says.
Adults only
Do you collect anything from children?
My books and membership are made for adults. I do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
What if you change this page?
You will see a new “Last updated” date. The page itself will show the change.
